These products feature biocompatibility, wear and corrosion resistance, high strength, and a smooth, jade-like aesthetic, achieving micron-level precision.

•  Ceramic watch bezels are polished to a high-gloss finish that resists scratching while keeping strong signal penetrability for smart-wear devices.

•  Materials available: alumina (99.7 % / 99 % / 96 %), zirconia (ZrO₂-3Y, ivory and black), zirconia toughened alumina (10 % / 20 % / 40 %) and zirconia toughened ruby.

•  Complex three-dimensional structures moulded in one piece, with a dimensional tolerance held down to the micron level.

•  Biocompatible, non-oxidising, non-allergenic and not prone to bacterial growth; no metal ions are released in contact with the human body.

•  High hardness and scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, with a low thermal expansion rate.

•  Strong signal penetration, various colors, and a smooth hand feel — the surface feels warm as jade.

For different injection-molded ceramic parts, our company will provide you with exclusive packaging solutions based on your specific needs, ensuring the safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the goods during transportation and storage in all aspects.

For example, for the ceramic hair clippers produced by our company, the inner layer of the packaging is individually packaged with plastic grids, effectively ensuring that each hair clipper is intact. The middle layer adopts crystal cotton partitions, which can largely avoid collisions between hair clippers. The outer layer uses thickened paper boxes for packaging, further enhancing the protective performance and compressive strength.
