Product Details
Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads Φ0.2-5.0 mm
• Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads Φ0.2-5.0 mm is produced by extrusion moulding and low-temperature sintering, giving a dense, mirror-smooth bead for cost-effective fine grinding of ceramic ink, inkjet pigment, coatings and mineral fillers.
• The beads are chemically inert and non-contaminating, so the purity of the milled material is preserved and batch-to-batch consistency stays stable over a long service life.
• Available in a range of sizes and to customer drawings; batch quantities and tooling can be arranged on request.
1. Characteristics and Advantages of Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads
• Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads Φ0.2–5.0 mm are produced by extrusion molding and low-temperature sintering, creating dense, mirror-smooth beads for cost-effective fine grinding of ceramic inks, inkjet pigments, coatings and mineral fillers.
• A. Ultra-fine Grain Size: Fine raw materials help reduce wear and extend service life.
• B. Ultra-high Density: A dense internal structure provides strong impact resistance and helps prevent bead breakage during use.
• C. Uniform Bead Size Distribution: Promotes stable grinding performance and consistent production results.
• D. Smooth Surface: Helps reduce self-wear during grinding.
2. Product Features of Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads (Φ0.3–Φ5.0 mm)
• Made from high-purity Y-TZP raw materials for excellent wear resistance.
• High mechanical strength helps prevent bead breakage during use.
• Good self-lubrication helps reduce equipment wear.
• Excellent sphericity supports stable grinding performance.
3. Applications
• Microcrystalline Zirconia Beads (Φ0.3–Φ5.0 mm) are suitable for ultra-fine grinding and dispersion in various industries, including new energy, electronic materials, paints and coatings, printing inks, graphite processing, cosmetics, food and pharmaceuticals.
